Therapeutic Art
Mark-Making & Drawing for Wellbeing Workshop
Be guided through a variety of therapeutic and traditional art invitations that centre on the theme of general wellbeing. Focus on the present moment to regulate your nervous system while using your imagination to explore, and experience how art can make you feel good! Play with art and art materials. Artful Aging Workshop
Be guided through a variety of art iterations centering on the theme of perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause.
